​How do I

place an order?

For the best experience please log in or create an account by clicking in the header, top of the home page. Click on desired category or SEARCH for product. Choose size or product variant and either click ADD TO Ct or click BUY NOW. Enter your shipping information and proceed to the payment method. Once the payment is accepted you will be noted by email of your order.

Shipping

Shipping is free with GURiJi for domestic orders. International shipping will be calculated at check out.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Wix Payments is our own payment provider and the most efficient way and private to accept payments. We accept online payments without setting up a third-party platform and manage our entire business—payments, inventory and much more—right from our Wix dashboard. Your payment information is safe and secure and credit/debit/bank information isn't stored in our system.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

Email our team at Gurijiwellness@gmail.com if you’d like to return a product.

 

Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship.

 

Please follow the directions provided by our customer service team in order for your refund to be received and processed properly and quickly.

 

We cannot accept returns of opened products for a refund. Open food items and/or supplements that have been opened or have a broken seal cannot be returned by legal reasons. Items returned to us after 30 days of the initial purchase date and/or without contacting GURiJi prior to the return, will NOT be refunded.

 

If the returned product is open upon arrival, we will not honor any previously approved refund.

 

60 DAY RETURN POLICY: We will accept returns of unopened product(s) for a refund if the request is initiated and approved within 60 days from the purchase date.

 

If the return is approved you will be emailed a return shipping label, which you will need to print and mail the package back to us. Once the package has been received by us, we will process your refund, minus the cost of the return shipping label.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your order arrives broken please contact us immediately to resolve the issue at gurijiwellness@gmail.com or by responding to your order confirmation/shipment email. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/CUSTOMS ISSUES: GURiJi is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-routed, import fees, undelivered shipments or those seized by Customs. We do our best to make sure every order shipped internationally arrives fast and quick, with the least amount of customs fees due, as possible. 

 

DUPLICATE ORDERS: GURiJi is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online. If you inform us before shipment drop-off of an accidental duplicate purchase, then you will be refunded for the duplicate order and it will be canceled out. Duplicate orders otherwise, are subject to all of the guidelines laid out in the Return Policy.
